Terms of Service

Last updated: February 21, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using stunl ("the Service"), operated by stunl ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

stunl is a localhost tunneling service that allows you to expose local network services to the internet. The Service includes HTTP, TCP, UDP, and WebSocket tunnels, file sharing, terminal sharing, webhook inspection, and related developer tools. The Service is provided via a command-line interface (CLI) and a web portal.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stunl.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Pricing and Payment

stunl offers the following plans:

  • Free — no cost, limited features (1 tunnel, 2 GB/month, HTTP and WebSocket only)
  • Pro — $10/month (5 tunnels, 50 GB/month, all protocols, file and terminal sharing)
  • Team — $25/month (15 tunnels, unlimited bandwidth, team management)
  • Business — $59/month (unlimited tunnels and bandwidth, bring-your-own-domain)

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

We offer a 3-day free trial of the Pro plan. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid Pro plan.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use stunl to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Host phishing pages or engage in fraud
  • Transmit or store child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or port scans
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Circumvent or abuse rate limits, bandwidth quotas, or other usage restrictions
  • Use anonymous tunnels to evade bans or restrictions on your account
  • Resell or redistribute stunl access without permission

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice for any violation of these terms. Abuse reports can be submitted at stunl.com/report.

6. Tunnel Traffic

You are solely responsible for all content and traffic that passes through your tunnels. stunl acts as a conduit and does not monitor, filter, or modify tunnel traffic. However, we reserve the right to terminate tunnels that are reported for abuse or that violate these terms.

Tunnels are not intended as a permanent hosting solution. We may close idle or long-running tunnels according to your plan's session limits.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. stunl is provided "as is" and "as available." We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The stunl name, logo, CLI tool, website, and portal are the property of stunl. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software except as explicitly permitted (e.g., using the CLI tool as intended).

You retain all rights to your own content and code that passes through stunl tunnels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stunl and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
